Duties and responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge recruiting strategies to attract a diverse array of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain the Employee Value Proposition.
- Identify and make best use of new and emerging recruitment avenues, including social media, developing tranScrip website as a recruitment tool, networking events, and industry-specific forums.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic support throughout the hiring process.
- Establish and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal processes and procedures.
- Oversee an effective selection process to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural compatibility, including developing the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in the recruitment process and participating in the selection process alongside hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure contractors are identified, contracted, and onboarded effectively and in compliance with IR35 requirements.
- Identify and implement engagement channels with contractors and build a database of prospective targets.
- Identify and implement appropriate systems and software.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and negotiate competitive and appropriate terms and conditions.
