Yesha Dhokia

Yesha joined tranScrip’s Clinical Development and Operations department as a Project Manager in 2021 and has over 7 years of Project Coordination, CRA and Clinical Programme management experience.

Whilst obtaining her degree, Yesha’s dissertation focused on ‘Antibiotic Resistant Genes within the Environment’, investigating the concentration of antibiotic resistant genes in specific areas and mediums of the environment and their contributing factors. Other modules that she excelled in included: Pathophysiology, Clinical Biochemistry & Pharmacology and Evidence Based Medicine & Diagnostics.

Yesha has broadened her skills and knowledge within Clinical Development and Operations and worked on several studies ranging from Phase 1-3.

Yesha’s therapeutic area expertise are in Infectious Disease and Oncology, as well as the Clinical Trial process – ensuring the conduct of trials is compliant with GCP regulations, SOPs and all applicable regulatory requirements, management of site monitoring via IRT/EDC systems, knowledge of trial status, protocol and investigational product, clinical data flow, tracking subject enrollment & ongoing metrics and organising essential study documents via the TMF and Investigator Site File.

As part of her professional development, Yesha is dedicated to continuous learning and self-discipline to enhance her abilities to enable her to collaborate with like-minded individuals and provoke novel ideas. She is a clear communicator with a strong work ethic and is able to thrive in a scientific, professional environment.
