Our team has played a crucial role in reaching numerous drug development milestones, focusing on clinical projects in under-represented and under-invested therapy areas like women’s health, infectious diseases, and orphan drugs. Additionally, we are committed to a robust Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, demonstrating our dedication to making a positive impact on both the environment and our communities.
The tranScrip team is expected to develop and maintain their cutting-edge knowledge. Wherever possible, we want to lead the development of scientific knowledge and best industry practice.
To help facilitate that ability, we provide access to a curriculum of content and resources to aid learning, as well as access to training and conferences.
But work is not absolutely everything. We like to keep a cohesive, happy, and well-motivated team – wherever they happen to be. To achieve that, we have monthly meetings, team-building activities, and a full social calendar of parties, gatherings, and charitable events.
At tranScrip, we invest in the development of our most important asset – our people.
We supply a continuing professional development (CPD) allowance for conference attendance and training courses. You’ll take part in a minimum of ten internal CPD meetings per year, including good clinical practice (GCP) training and updates on various therapy and functional areas, for example, drug safety.
Beyond that. you can expect to attend major EU and US therapeutic area conferences, as and when they occur, alongside networking meetings for CPD and business development concerns.
As part of our organisation, you’ll receive corporate membership of One Nucleus, the BioIndustry association (BIA), and the Association of the British pharmaceutical industry (ABPI). Additionally, members of our team have personal membership of several therapeutic area societies, including:
You’ll have training in business, software and soft skills. You’ll also have access to global data reports, a leading database and an analytic tool for the pharmaceutical industry. Whenever required, you’ll have full access to our well-stocked library.
We operate across the full spectrum of expertises required to take new therapies from translational development to prescription.
Therapeutic area and functional teams group together to run their respective areas:
These are managed as business units, supported by the business development, project management and finance functions of the organisation.
Whatever your role, you will have access to experts from all stages of the drug development cycle, along with our tailored programme of CPD to equip you for a wide variety of projects.
Re-validation and professional accreditation is of paramount importance at tranScrip which is why we support our colleagues to stay up to date with the current regulations and therapeutic skills.
All members of the tranScrip team are covered by professional insurance.
We’re frequently inspected by regulatory agencies – as is the norm for a contract research organisation (CRO) – so quality systems are vital in our daily work.
Our work is extremely varied in content and size. As a result, teams can range from one individual to multiple employees. Projects can have durations ranging from hours (in the case of ad hoc advice) to years (in cases of complex regulatory, or drug development services).
Consistency and continuity of support is critical to our clients, and we’re enormously proud of the long term relationships that we develop to support our clients. Our people stay and grow with us as our organisation evolves. That, we feel, is testament to our ability to bring like-minded people together – then keep them happy and fulfilled.
Projects come from all over the world and cover the whole product lifecycle. That’s everything from pre-clinical research to full development, registration, launch and post-licensing activities.
At tranScrip, we help with every step of that journey.
Our experienced physicians and scientists, together with our regulatory, clinical and commercial experts can support you to maximise the value of your products. Whatever your project requires, we have the expertise to meet your needs.
