Happy International Women’s Day!
The gender gap exists in the life science industry as it does with many other industries. Women are making headway but there is still more work to be done to close the gap. It is important we continue to #ChooseToChallenge the gender bias and push for a more diverse future.
Today we can highlight the contributions of women and reflect on the improvements in gender equity that might have been overshadowed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
