• Community Engagement and Charity Giving: We introduced a formal volunteering policy, resulting in 90 hours of volunteering and a tenfold increase in donations and funds raised for charitable causes.
• Comprehensive ESG Policy: The publication of our ESG policy marked a key milestone in formalising our commitments to sustainability, outlining clear responsibilities and goals across the business.
• Focus on Climate Action: Our shift to renewable energy in the office and efforts to reduce our carbon footprint reflect our commitment to combating climate change.
