At the end of January 2025, the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA, Ireland Competent Authority) launched their new website.
As well as an updated look and feel, there are significant improvements to the content structure and site functionality. Included in this are upgrades to the HPRA “My Alerts” subscription service which will now allow subscribers to customise website notifications in a more refined way. This is intended to help ensure more relevant information is directed to mailboxes.
Accounts created prior to 28 January 2025 are no longer active. To make sure that you continue to receive HPRA email alerts, it is necessary to sign up to the new My Alerts service.
If you previously received SMS alerts from the HPRA website, please be aware that this facility is no longer be available.
Please note too that if you have bookmarked any links to the old site, these will no longer be active on the new site.
